Pocone Project

Pocone is one of most import gold producer district in Brazil. Several open-pit excavations, some over 100 meters deep.

Good infrastructure (paved roads, electricity, water), available mining labor, and good logistics (100 km from Cuiabá)

Introduction

Pocone Project is located along an important mining trend, between two operating mines sites

• Situated in Pocone city, state of Mato Grosso, Brazil

Comprises 6 mining rights, covering a total of 300 hectares

• Includes processing plant with a capacity of 2,000tpd, power energy, offices, and other infrastructure, requiring only few
adjustments

Geology

  • The host rock are metassediments: Metarritimite, Metapelite,
  • The mineralized zones are associated quartz veins and veinlets: Filao-type veins oriented WNW-ESE and Travessão-type veins oriented NE-SW
  • The hydrothermal alteration are characterized by presence quartz, sericite, limonite and ankerite Filão vein Travessão vein Limonite in metapelite Metarritimite with Filao veinlets 4

2025 Exploration Program

  • 5,000 meters of drilling and 8,500 meters of trenching are planned
  • First focus is to test in down-dip extensions of mineralized zones intersected in opens pit and trenches
  • Second focus is test with trenching and diamond drilling other anomalies generated by soil sampling
  • Third focus is to generate new targets, using soil sampling, grab sampling, trenching- channel sampling for test to drill

Infrastructure

The 2,000 tpd processing plant will be complete until early August 2025

Key Milestones

  • Exploration drilling program is underway to delineate mineral resources
  • Complete processing plant adjustments in early August 2025
  • Pre-stripping operations will begin in July and mine production start up in August 2025
