Rodrigo Nunes is the CEO of Auriverde Mining, bringing over 20 years of experience in the global mining industry. He has a proven track record in operational leadership, project development, and strategic growth across Americas.
Prior joining Auriverde Mining in 2025, Rodrigo served as Chief Operating Officer at Hochschild Mining PLC, where he led major gold development projects in Brazil, including the Mara Rosa and Monte do Carmo assets. He also held senior roles at Optimize Group and Yamana Gold.
Rodrigo holds a Master’s degree in Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an undergraduate degree in Mining Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
Carlito is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Brazil’s mining industry.
He has held senior positions at leading companies such as Yamana Gold, Brio Gold, Mineração Rio do Norte, and Hochschild Mining, contributing to operational success and organizational growth.
Carlito holds a B.Sc. from FEAP – SP and has earned MBAs in Project Management and Corporate Leadership from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Juliano brings over 21 years of experience in mineral exploration, covering all stages of project development, including Greenfield, Brownfield, economic studies, and mine geology.
He has extensive expertise in gold and copper exploration, with a strong track record across a variety of deposit types, including orogenic, porphyry, IOCG, and modified paleoplacer systems.
Juliano has held senior leadership positions at Yamana Gold and Pan American Silver, contributing to strategic decision-making and technical excellence.
He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) and an MBA in Corporate Management.
