Figueira Branca Project

Figueira Branca was one of the most significant artisanal mining site in the Alta Florest gold province. The project is located in Nova Santa Helena and comprises of 32 mining rights totalling 1,479 hectares

Introduction

Figueira Branca was one of the most significant historical artisanal mining sites in the Alta Floresta Province.

Gold production commenced in the early 1980s. Located in Nova Santa Helena, State of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Comprises mining permits, covering a total of 1,479 hectares

Currently includes 12 exploration targets opened along strike and down dip, with substantial potential for identification and development of additional targets.

Geology

  • Granites and mafic dike intrusions occur across the project area

  • Two main structural trends control mineralization: E-W and NNE-SSW

  • Mineralization is associated to quartz veins, sulphides (pyrite and +/- chalcopyrite) and free gold, hosted in mafic dikes and granites

2025 Exploration Plan

  • The objective is to unlock the potential of the Figueira Branca Project and delineate the initial 100koz mineral resources to support the development of the asset.

    • 10,000 meters of drilling and 4,500 meters of trenching are planned.

    • Primary focus: delineate mineral resources at targets 44 and 38.

    • Secondary focus: test additional targets such as 06, Mina, Tira Blefo, 22, 98, Laje, and Tchem through trenching and channel sampling in preparation for drilling.

    • Tertiary focus: develop new targets within the Figueira Branca district through soil sampling, grab sampling, and trenching programs.

Drilling Results to date

  • To date, 3,000 meters of drilling was completed
  • Initial results confirm down-dip and strike extensions from historical artisanal mining, highlighting the significant potential of the project, which remains completely open
  • Highlight drill results received until to date from 44 and 38 targets

key milestones

  • Exploration / Infill drilling program underway to delineate a NI43-101 compliant mineral resources

  • Advancing the detailed engineering for a gravity–CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) processing circuit

  • Prepare for a construction decision by H2 2025
